Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Élite Société provides social and travel companionship services exclusively. Our companions offer their time, conversation, presence, and social accompaniment for legitimate occasions including but not limited to: business events, social functions, cultural experiences, dining, and travel.

We do not provide sexual services of any kind. Any request for such services will result in immediate termination of engagement and membership without refund.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals who:

• Are at least 21 years of age
• Successfully complete our verification process
• Agree to abide by our code of conduct
• Are not prohibited by law from engaging our services

We reserve the absolute right to decline or revoke membership at our discretion without providing reasons.

3. Verification Requirements

All members must complete identity verification before accessing our services. This may include:

• Government-issued identification
• Professional or business references
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested

Providing false information during verification will result in immediate membership termination and potential legal action.

4. Code of Conduct

Members agree to conduct themselves with respect and dignity at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Requesting or suggesting sexual services
• Any form of harassment, intimidation, or disrespectful behaviour
• Intoxication to the point of impaired behaviour
• Photographing or recording companions without explicit consent
• Disclosing companion identities or booking details to third parties
• Attempting to contact companions outside official channels
• Any illegal activity during engagements

Violations will result in immediate termination of the engagement and membership, forfeiture of all fees, and potential legal action.

5. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings are made through your dedicated concierge and are subject to companion availability. We recommend:

• At least 72 hours notice for standard engagements
• At least two weeks notice for travel arrangements
• Additional notice for high-demand periods and specific companions

Last-minute requests are accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.

6. Rates & Payment

Current rates are provided during the booking process. All rates include the companion's time and social companionship only. Clients are responsible for all additional expenses including:

• Companion travel (flights, transportation in same class as client)
• Accommodation for multi-day engagements
• Meals and dining expenses
• Event tickets and entrance fees
• Any other incidental expenses during the engagement

Payment is required in advance. We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and cryptocurrency. Billing appears under a neutral company name for discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours notice: Full deposit refund minus administrative fee
• 24-72 hours notice: 50% of deposit retained
• Less than 24 hours notice: Full deposit forfeited
• No-show: Full engagement fee charged

We reserve the right to cancel engagements at our discretion with a full refund if we determine it is in the best interest of our companions or the integrity of our service.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, bookings, and engagements. All staff and companions are bound by comprehensive non-disclosure agreements.

Members likewise agree to maintain confidentiality regarding companion identities, personal information, and the details of any engagements. Breach of this confidentiality constitutes grounds for membership termination and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Élite Société acts as an introduction agency facilitating connections between members and independent companions. We are not liable for:

• Actions or omissions of companions during engagements
• Personal injury or property damage during engagements
• Consequential, indirect, or special damages of any kind
• Loss of business, profits, or anticipated savings

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Élite Société and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Termination

We may terminate membership immediately and without notice for:

• Violation of these terms or our code of conduct
• Behaviour that threatens the safety or wellbeing of companions
• Providing false information during verification
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Any other reason at our absolute discretion

Upon termination, no refunds will be provided for unused membership benefits or cancelled bookings resulting from the termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to active members.
